Must be Person A recording conversation with Person B in either Person A's home or Person A's personal car. For this kind of situation it's the car, but I think the home would be a close analog. Lots of people have recording devices in their homes so I suspect it would be more likely to find a comparable case if such a thing exists.

The first one that comes to mind was the Rosie O'Donnell lawsuit for recording her bodyguards in her home. They sued. The insurance company tried to get out of covering O'Donnell, but eventually they paid out before a final decision.

There are a lot of lawsuits, and from what I can see, most settle. The law is clear in most states, most people just won't sue you over it.
 
Dude, this starts to look like a soap opera .... either tell us the name of that dealer, go tell it to their face or stop :) doing whatever you are doing or trying to do.

Still doesn't meet the basic requirements. But we're getting close. Private security firm without knowledge of homeowner installed hidden security to monitor employees. Unknown success of plaintiffs. Starting to at least get near the ballpark of a match. But... not quite.
 
Went in for my 5000 mile service and told them they don't need to rotate the tires as I already did it. They're like "why, we will do that for free".

When I rotated my tires myself on my Tacoma at the 30,000 mile mark (after the 5 free services to 25,000 miles), noticed the paint on the rims was all boogered up! WTF

When I did do my rotation on my 4Runner, found it was very easy to avoid marking up the paint on my rims with the impact wrench. Didn't touch the paint at all even.

Will never have a dealer do diy maintenance again on my vehicle. With the oil filters so cheap on the 4Runner, don't see the need to take my vehicle in every 5,000 miles so I can get a free oil filter. Only took it in for the first 5,000 mile check to make sure everything was okay with recalls and no issues that they can say I ignored.
 
Oh you've got to read this one. It's a successful civil prosecution under CA's law which gives criminal and civil rights of action for illegal taping. What a horrible person:
