Greetings. I live in a very forested area with TONS of mice everywhere. They like to nest in the cars, and usually rip out strands of the fiberglass insulation from somewhere (firewall?), and build little nests in the air filter box, etc. I've put a piece of wire mesh that prevents them from getting into the air filter box, but when I had the 4Runner in for its first service, the tech told me that mice had chewed through the cabin filter. I want to prevent the $#^%&(* little buggers from getting into the ducting, but I'm not entirely sure where the air intake is for the cabin ventilation. My car is a 2018 4Runner TRD Off Road. Does anyone know how to best approach this? Thanks!
