I have the V8 limited and had the 886s up front without a bumper for several months before i put shrockworks on and it is very rough. I wouldn't do the 886s without any weight up front

Yeah, we tried everything but the frame bracket wouldn't let the bumper come down any further. Ended up taking the bumper off and cutting the frame bracket and bolt holes down 1/2 an inch which gave us much more play in the fit and then we re-drilled the final two bolts on each side. Pretty...

Yeah, it is 1/4 of an inch in some spots along the fender at the most and less for most of it. I'm going to keep messing with it today and give Shrockworks a call and hopefully I can get some more clearance without having to do some cutting on the brackets.

I probably wont put a winch in the Shrockworks for a while until after I am in an off-road situation where one would have been really helpful :) plus I don't really have the funds for one at the moment... So, should I just get the 885s for the front and swap them out for 886s when I do finally...

Nice rig, the CBI bumper looks awesome, can't wait to get OME lift, shrockworks and cbi bumper installed on my '03 limited.
