It's definitely as smooth as the other sections of the hood. I never noticed it while applying quick wax, etc. There was no body work done to the hood, as far as records are concerned. I'll check it out w/ a magnifying glass for sure.

I do hear some ping to it...I dont know, maybe a washer or something... Dont know what to do besides just taking the dash apart or selling it. Im on the verge of insanity.

In the video below, you can hear a very audible clicking noise (esp at about 0:17 & on), much like a mouse-click. It only happens when the truck is traveling on uneven pavement or bumps.....Could it be a bad relay? Or something related to fuses? Its driving me nuts...
