Ha ha :) Yeah kdx2000, it has almost caused me one or two. I drive in the snow alot and was hoping somebody knew how to disable it. Newer vehicles and sports cars seem to have less of a problem with their abs in slippery stuff. I miss my Bimmer :(

I have a '96 4x4 and I think the abs in too intrusive. I'm not saying there is a malfunction, just that I wish it would be less intrusive, especially on wet or slippery surfaces. Does anyone know of a way to reprogram the computer or some trick to make it 'chill out'.
