Thanks for the info. Think im going to pull the trigger on the 881s and sport shocks pre-assembled. As far as pulling old coilovers and installing new it's basically 4 bolts right? I'm not very mechanically inclined but wondering if its something I can do myself?

Currently running Toytec Boss coilovers. Both shocks have blown with <20,000 miles on them. Looking for replacement for front suspension but not wanting to spend 2k. I have the OME sport shocks in the rear with toytec coils. Getting ~3" of lift. I have searched but dont see a ton of reviews...

Consider yourself lucky. Sounds like their is a lot of user error going on out there. I'm just stating facts... 18k miles on cushy terrain and failure. I did spend A LOT of money on a performance suspension. I dont want to do it again, at least not this soon.

Im with ya there. Can you set those toytech/eibach to lower than 3"? Say 2.5"? I already have the eibach coils, wonder how much for just the shocks? Im sure a shop would charge $100 a pop for switching out shocks anyhow. If I decide to buy a new boss Shock and reaload coilover will I have to...

Told me on the phone that was very surprising and he normally sees 80k out of them. I find that hard to believe as much as I've babied my 4runner.

I am hearing a low pitched "whom whom whom" when my air conditioner is set to low. If I turn it up from low the blower is loud enough to cancel out the noise. Any ideas?

Just welded Stubbs HD-SKO sliders on today. Tried to do a search but couldn't find much. What grip tape have you folks had the best luck with? Obviously needs to be able to stand up to the elements. Preferably something that won't pull all of my leg hairs out. Thanks in advance!

I've had the KO2s for about 8000 miles and I am 95% city slicker trying to look tuff I suppose? They will get some good use in deer season. I love them. I also have them on my work truck and they do very well in the mud. They do indeed grab gravel. They wear very well also.
