I popped off the front cover, to replace a bulb on the heater display, but don't think that affected the blend doors you mentioned. Similar issue here in Wisconsin. Too cold to break it down yet, hoping to hear if anybody else has had to deal with this.

Not only did they break one of the 4 clips off of the box, but when I looked in, the filter was gone. I could have sworn a filter lies in the box correct? And the filter under the lid with the mass air sensor, does not come out correct? Actually seems like alot of filters for air to get through...

I was camping this weekend and had to deadlift the back of the 4runner. As I turned my back to it, reached back to grab the bumper, and lift, I noticed afterwards that my butt had pushed in the back door, directly over the 4runner emblem. I'm hoping that maybe by getting the inside portion off...
