ok so my mom is handing me down her 99 4runner sr5 2wd auto. it will be my daily drive/ barely off road i am looking into the ome shocks and coil springs but i would like to get a little more lift. many people are running body lift kits but i heard that it is really unsafe. exactly how unsafe is it? lets say 1"-2" of body lift from roger brown? im completely new to modding trucks and suvs for off road. also those lift spacers..can u put them on top of the ome shocks or will putting lift spacers not work on aftermarket lift suspension?

There is nothing wrong with a good quality, properly installed body lift.
It's the slapped together DIY lifts or bad installs that can cause problems.
You can't go wrong with Roger's stuff.

ive decided to go with the ome shocks and coil springs and the roger brown 1" body lift. will this affect anything else like the cv boots and dropping the diff? or would it be just fine with the setup i am describing? if anyone has pictures of a similar setup please post pics thanks!!
