I have 2022 TRD OR. I just put 4:88 gears in ( which may be unrelated) but while crusing at various speeds, I have this weird split second surge like I hit a massive wind gust. No lights or any other issues. I’m lifted, 33 in tires, TRD intake and magnaflow exhaust. Any suggestions at what to look at.

Reminds me of a misfire. I'd pull codes (could be pending codes which won't cause a request to turn on the money light) and also check mode 6 data. It will show you the misfires per cylinder for the current drive cycle and the moving weighted average of the last several drive cycles.
