do you have a wright up for the snorkel install? im gonna be doing mine here in the next week or two, and i dont want to F it up...its looking strait forward but the hole drilling is making me nervious and i cant find a templet except for one that requires you to remove the fender(i cant do this because my sliders are tucked too tight... :dammit::ybrick::bash::rockthrow.

It's quite straight forward - use the link below - just make sure to keep things parallel, using the gap around the antenna as the main marker.

Hardest part for me was drilling the hole straight - it's hard to keep the drill parallel to the ground and not the fender... just so the hole is straight. Sure bolts up nice and snug though - happy about that.

It looks harder then it really is if u read the thread posted on Yotatch a few times and just measure twice and take it nice and slow...

Oh ya, I've got some new - blue hydraulic lines coming for my Fox CO's. With the body lift the old ones were stretched beyond reason and it was time for the upgrade.

I will post up some pics for sure - heading back to work soon I think (gives me time!).

After seeing Brilliant's and GottaBeTRD's gauges I had to go out and order an interceptor from Aeroforce. The scangauge just doesn't flow with the vehicle interior and I am certainly going to duplicate Brilliant's mounting location!

I'm about to pick up a used set of 5150's and was wondering if the issue of being too soft was just because of the shocks or the combo of shocks and LC coils. The 5150's I'd be getting are the 10", but my coils are stiffer than the LC coils, so I think I should be good.

Hard to say, what I do know now though is that my Fox Shocks (with compression adjustment knobs) have substantially increased the on road feel of the truck. It doesn't have the massive sway going around corners that it did previously.

Where are you mounting the 5150's? Do you have outboard mounts such as myself? If not, I'm willing to bet that the 10" 5150's will bottom out pretty bad, even give you've got stiffer springs.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have since found out that they won't work for me, so I'm going to try to get them for Steezemcqueen. I'll just stick with the Tokico Trekmasters I have in the garage.
