02 front door window seal misaligned

sagging seal, looks like crap. driver and passenger side is doing this. photo was taken after i tried shifting it back into place.

is this a common problem?

i see that a replacement seal is a hundred bucks, and it doesnt look easy to replace. Anyone have experience with this?

Try a heatgun or hair dryer and warm it up then put some glue behind it and hold/clamp it in place till it dries/cools.

Common, only if you count every 3rd gen built. But it IS rather easy to replace if it's any consolation. Just pull the old one off and slide the new one in. I've done it hundreds of times.

Mine looks exactly like that. I also have another seal problem. When it's windy outside and I'm driving on the highway (Everyday is windy in Oklahoma), Both of my front doors pull out at the top and the seals squeal loudly. Anyone else have that problem?

Roll the window down, pull down at the apex of the front curve, once you pull it down off the door frame grab one side and pull it up. Reverse to reinstall.
I usually have the door trim off to do this, mostly because I don't want to hurt the belt molding/weatherstrip and it makes it easier to reinstall.
