Yeah, it's coming from the front left.

There are a lot of threads out there with people wondering about this sound, so I realize it could be normal. But how loud it is makes me think it's not. The fact that braking power hasn't been affected yet makes me think the pump might be on it's way out, but yet not to the point of failing to perform.
If the part wasn't so expensive, I'd just replace it already. If loosing braking power wasn't a big deal, I'd wait till it failed. But the combination of an expensive part that's critical for safety has me a bit concerned about jumping the gun or failing to act promptly. Thanks for taking a listen to the video.
