03-05 --> 06-09 Headlight and Satoshi: Ready to Rock&Roll?

Hi ALL,

I am in the process of swapping out my headlights to the 06-09 and building a Satoshi grille. I have read just about EVERYONE's threads and/or posts on the subject, but wanted to make sure I have all my bases covered. Here is my list of items:

Headlight Assembly; 06-09 Anzo USA black projector headlights Part#: 111320
9006 to H11 Conversion Wire Harness; x2 via Amazon
DRL/Parking Light Wire Harness; x2 Toyota Part#: 81125-35440
Low Beams; Opt7 60w (30w per light) 6K Cool White LEDs
High Beams; PIAA Xtreme White Plus 9006 Bulbs // purchased
DRL Bulbs; JDM ASTAR 4157 Amber LEDs
Parking Bulbs; 2827 LEDs (is this the correct bulb?)
Grille; Grille assembly matte black (partsgeek.com Part#: 30246-04016734)
Trim Piece; Toyota Part #: 52512-35090-B1 and 52513-35090-B1 // purchased
Mesh; Aluminum perforated mesh 48"x12" black
Emblem; USA Toyota Raptor Letters // purchased letters, I made it USA ...and yes, I get the irony


Is there anything that I am missing? or that I have listed that I do not need?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I will be posting pics during my process.

Google says stock bulb # is 168NA.
SuperbrightLEDs says 194 LED's are the compatible replacements.

Wow. Way more organized than when I did it haha.

Yup, its not 2827 or whatever that bulb is. The front parking/marker lights are 168, but I do believe Zeb is right in that 194 bulbs will fit.

Other than that, you look good to go. My only advice is to take your time and don't rush anything. It is really easy, so don't freak out about anything. If you have any questions, let me know or check out the swap guide in my signature. Good luck!

Ahhh, perfect! I'm looking into this conversion too... do you HAVE to change the grille to fit the headlights? Or just trim pieces under the headlights?

I believe that you don't have to, but there will be some modification needed and there is also a gap. Plus the Satoshi looks way better on a 06-09 grille than an 03-05 grille (IMO).

No need to change the grill. Just the trim pieces to make it fit. There will be a small triangular gap between the grill and the headlight/trim pieces, but it really is small. Almost impossible to notice unless you know what you are looking for or point it out to someone.
