03-05 Retrofit with Acme h1?

Hey guys. Anybody do a retrofit on 03-05 headlights using Acme H1 projectors? This will be my first attempt at a retrofit so I'm trying to keep costs low. If anyone has a link or pics on how they mounted the projectors, that would be awesome. Thanks.

acme are the older morimoto line, why not spend a little extra for the current model? most install, u might have to grind or sand the bulb holder tabs of the stock 9006 hole, make sure its flat, then proceed with the install.

When I first did my retrofit, I used OEM 2006+ housings and swapped in the acme projectors. I ripped them out in a week. They were terrible. better than oem projectors. But not much. I then installed the mini D2S 4.0 projectors. Awesome!! Night and day difference. Basically perfect cutoff and color. Do it once and do it right.
