'03 4Runner Front End Noise

l saw something about this a while back. For this vehicle, it "groans" when going straight but stops when you turn the wheel, even slightly. The post l saw before said that Toyota said this a "normal operating characteristic" as well as a clunk noise associated with the differential (l think). No fix available either?

If it's not going to break, then l suppose it's okay, right?

It shouldn't do that. I had a wheel bearing go out with similar groaning. Maybe have your shop check them. I'm sure some other people will have suggestions on what it might be too.
