04 4runner sport will not go into 4low

Ok guys I need help.. I had an issue with a vsc and vsc trac off light on after rotating my tires. At this point i couldnt go into 4hi or 4lo. The vsc lights would come on as soon as the vehicle moved. I preformed a 0 point caliberation and it cleared the lights. Now the 4hi seems to work but the 4lo lights flash and beeps when I try to go into 4lo. Any ideas..
