04 V8 Sport pulls hard left under normal braking

OK...here is the scenario in terms of Mods in the suspension:

1. Toytech 3" Ultimate lift kit installed- pretty much maxed to max height
2. L.R. UCA's on order
3. Front calipers replaced 25K ago along with rotors & pads
4. Yesterday, replaced front drive shaft U-Joints..one was SHOT other worn.
5. Alignment drives pretty straight down the road with slight drift left
6. Alignment is off...front tires are cupping-hence new UCA's on order
7. Tires have proper inflation
8. No pulse or wobble when brakes are applied but it pulls pretty hard left
9. Had truck on lift with jacks putting pressure on suspension...suspension is stiff or shall I say...no play.

Any ideas of what to look at next???

Get your allignment worked out with the new UCA's all your problems will go away when you get your new UCA's you want atleats -2 degrees of caster some guys are running -3 degrees for tighter steering. If it drifts to the left under normal rolling pressure then its going to pull hard to the left under heavy breaking or acceration

Pulling hard to the left when braking sounds like a bad caliper. Judging by the frequency that it occurs I would look at that before looking at anything else.

how cupped are the tires/how many miles have you put on it as is with the misalignment?

i know you said you checked everything but sometimes things don't jump out and become apparent. TRE's by chance?

Definitely brakes related...if one is seized then it is already hot and can't apply the same force as the unseized one and will pull to the side with more force applied.. I would check the left caliper if it's seized or not and again look at the right one too.

Update: Pulled the right front tire and looked at the caliper and the 2 inside pistons are not budging! Tried just about everything to get them to move but could not. I put it all back together and called Toyota, with less than 25K miles on the new calipers, we are looking to get Toyota to pony up for the replacement. My truck is in the shop today to let the "inspector" look at them so I should have an update by late this afternoon as to which way this is gonna go.
