Have the exhaust tip and black cargo protector mat ordered. The dealer installed the carpet mat set but figured the protector would be better. Looking for the V8 emblem that some were talking about for the rear. Just got 200 miles so allot time to get the goodies.

Yes, that's definitely a nice color... I really like the way it looks on the Sport Edition though. The silver accents on the Sport really set it off.

For 2005, Limited's get black illuminated running boards. The boards are not body-color dependent.

Yeah, they used to come with silver running boards and roof racks, but for some strange reason, Toyota decided to make the '05 Limited look more like the SR5. Go figure.

Yup, I think the Sport version got the best deal on that. They kept the silver trim, roof racks, unique wheels, bigger brakes and who can forget the awesome hood scoop

I know those aren't really exterior differneces, but I figured I'd throw them in there anyway

Yeah, as of the '05 model year, the silver running boards no longer exist.

Well, you can always buy them at the Toyota dealer, but they'll cost you an arm and a leg.

You're much better off finding someone who is selling them off his 4Runner.
