06 V8 98.5k Miles - Timing Belt Service

I'm picking up a 06 V8 at 98.5k miles in a couple days and I think it needs the timing belt service done quickly.

What would I expect to pay for the service and should I get other services done at the same time?

Also, I found the previous owner put a custom intake that I would like to replace with a factory one. Is it something easy to buy locally or eBay?

Quotes i got for time belt and water pump last year were:

Lexus Dealer: $1600
Toyota Dealer: $1100
Moonlighting Lexus Tech doing it on the side: $750

Typically most people consider having the water pump replaced at the same time as a timing belt replacement - the idea being that while the mechanic is in there, you may as well replace it too (save on labour costs).

The timing belt and water pump service isn't cheap. The parts aren't expensive, it is the labor that is expensive. When I had mine done I payed around $800.

He said he will replace whatever parts I bring to him during the process at no extra charge. I found a timing belt kit on eBay below. Is this what I need to get? What other parts should I consider changing while he's at it?

I bought the aisin kit from amazon that included the thermostat, water pump and belt. Then bought the rest on amazon as well.
Took it to a shop and they installed it for $300
