06 V8 98.5k Miles - Timing Belt Service

I'm picking up a 06 V8 at 98.5k miles in a couple days and I think it needs the timing belt service done quickly.

What would I expect to pay for the service and should I get other services done at the same time?

Also, I found the previous owner put a custom intake that I would like to replace with a factory one. Is it something easy to buy locally or eBay?

Is it a quality aftermarket air intake or is it an ebay special? IF the former of those two perhaps we can negotiate a trade cherishzm

The timing belt and water pump service isn't cheap. The parts aren't expensive, it is the labor that is expensive. When I had mine done I payed around $800.

I got a quote for $300 for labor only for timing belt/water pump from a local mechanic where I do oil changes and other repair/maintenance.

He said he will replace whatever parts I bring to him during the process at no extra charge. I found a timing belt kit on eBay below. Is this what I need to get? What other parts should I consider changing while he's at it?

Toyota / Lexus 4.0L / 4.7L V8 OEM Aisin Water Pump Timing Belt Kit | eBay

Look on Amazon for AISIN TKT021

I just had my TB, Water Pump, Thermostate, Serpatine Belt, Idler pully done for $1000 at an independent Toyota shop.

Should the parts below replaced as well? If so, where can I find them?

Thermostate, Serpatine Belt, Idler pully

I bought the aisin kit from amazon that included the thermostat, water pump and belt. Then bought the rest on amazon as well.
Took it to a shop and they installed it for $300

Thanks. I'll search for the other parts on Amazon.

BTW, you have exactly same kind of what I just bought, V8 4X4 Sport! :)

Can you provide a link to the kit that includes the thermostat?
AISIN TKT021 doesn't include the thermostat.

Sorry I was mistaken. I bought this kit

and then this thermostat
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C809HY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and this thermostat seal

BTW if anyone is in the LA area and needs large work done by a shop these guys are awesome and knowledgable.
