07 4runner numerous codes help!!

I have a 07 4runner sr5 it has 123000 miles on it. It has been running rough seems like it's lost power and at 43 mph light load steady throttle it feels like it has a slight intermittent misfire. And my mpg are down I'm only getting 300 compare to the 400 I was getting. No check engine light on my dash. A friend brought in his obd2 reader today and I hooked it up to find 16 codes!! They are; p0300, p0100, p0101, p0102, p0103, p0125, p0037, p0038, p0057, p0058, p0120, p0121, p0122, p0123, p0125, p0128, p0141. Anyone have any insight I can't seem to wrap my head around this many issues happening, could it be the ECM?? Thanks

there are hard codes and there are soft codes and if not mistaken, everything gets stored into the ECM memory. For all you know, those codes could have been in the ECM for 6 years and you'd never know it.

I'd clear all codes and start from scratch.

I cleared them today I'll hook up the scanner again tomorrow and see if they are gone or still showing up.

p0125- Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control
p0128- Coolant Thermostat
p0141- Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
p0300- Random Misfire Detected

That's a lot of contradictory/complimentary DTCs that makes me think at some point someone disconnected your ECM, those components, and/or junction connectors. The other thing that bothers me is that you have no MIL on at this time, any one of those DTCs should set a "MIL On" condition.

I'm going to agree with SCW1991 that those are probably history DTCs that were not cleared properly in the vehicle's past.

I would recommend that you clear all the DTCs stored in the vehicle and dry the vehicle for a while; I would also recommend that disconnect the battery for about 10-20 minutes after you clear the DTCs to reset the system memory. After you do so you need to let the vehicle idle with the A/C off and no load on the engine for about 5-10 minutes to relearn its idle; it will run a bit rough for a while afterwards as the vehicle will have to relearn its parameters.

Thanks for the advice. Yesterday I disconnected the battery for about a hour, I hooked up the obdII and they were still there but there were no current hard codes. I'm going with it's just my stored code history. My idle is at 400 now I'll let it sit and idle for a bit to settle out.
