I got my '06 SR5 V8 4x4 with 109,545 for $13,500 out the door. I would try to bring that price down a bit...
Price depends a lot on the quality/condition of the vehicle, and the market where you live. $18900 seems high, but if its been well maintained, in excellent shape, and has like new tires, it's probably worth $18k. Timing belt/water pump service will need to be done around 90k. Other than that, there is no other costly services to be concerned about. Shoot us a link if you have it.

You're buying from Machens. Being that I'm a Columbia native, know many people that work there, and worked for a primary lending bank for their in house financing, you will pay a premimum buying anything from their dealership. However, as most things do go, with regards to their inventory, that premium is typically worth it. The people they send to auction know what they're looking for, and buy good vehicles.
For that year and milage, I'd buy it, as long as it looks good inside and out. Do the usual check for rust, leaks, make sure the AWD system functions as it should.
Rest assured that if they don't budge on their price, they'll sell it very soon.

Just make sure it engages 4hi properly, DAC, and the center differential locker is working properly as well. Post pics if you get it, and enjoy!

There is probably a little room for negotiation there, but I don't think that is an outrageous asking price. It looks pretty clean from the pictures and SE's with the V8 seem to be hard to come by. 75k is pretty average for the mileage on an '07 as well. As others have mentioned, just make sure that everything is in working order, especially with the 4x4 system.

I got mine a year ago: 2007 sr5 4wd v6 with 115K. They were asking $20K for it, but i got them down to 16, just for example. I think that's a pretty good deal, but don't pay the asking price; you can probably get them to come down to about 16 to 17K. that's my valuation at least.

Make sure you check the carfax, there is a link for it on the page you linked us at the top. I may be looking at it wrong, or there may be a mistake on it, but it looks like the previous owner took it to Toyota dealerships for maintenance up until 2010 and 42K. The next thing on the carfax that shows mileage is November of 2012 with only 47K. Then January 2013 shows 75K miles. Either there is a mistake, or they only put 5K between May 2010 and November 2012, and 28K between November 2012 and January 2013. I'm weary of an inconsistent carfax. It was also in an accident in November of 2007, but if it hasn't had problems since then it may not have been very severe.

Another thing that you can do is go to Toyota.com and click on owners at the bottom. If you register the vin in your name, then you can see a little more detail about any maintenance or repairs done at Toyota dealerships. In my experience carfax picks up on these pretty well, but Toyota will possibly give you more detail about the services billed.
