'07 SR5 - Part PP-T20 LHD D - Any ideas?

This morning there was this plastic piece laying behind the gas pedal. It fell from behind/around the steering column and can't tell yet where it fits back in.
I've Googled the part number but can't find much on it for this 4Runner.

Any ideas?

Yes, did it fall from the driver side? It helps with the air flow when air is going to the floor. Take a flash light and look up above the pedals you'll see a hole where it plugs into. Mine fell awhile back and I didn't get around to putting it back in until recently. Should take about 5 min max. If you find the havc air flow diagram it'll make it easier to find where to put it.
