07 transmission parking pin won't release???

Hi,
My truck won't move.
When I start the engine, brake pedal used to move up a little, but now it doesn't.
I can move the shift lever from park to other positions fine.
When the engine is running with my foot on brake, I can feel transmission engaging as I move the shifter to "R" or "D" positions.
RPM drops and truck wants to move but it won't, feels like it is stuck against the parking pin.
My brake lights do work fine.
When the engine running, I don't see any warning lights come on in the instrument panel.
I have checked three fuses per the maintenance manual for 07 4runners:
- STOP 10A in engine compartment
- ECU-IG 10A & ACC 7.5A in instrument panel

Any other suggestions?

Update:
I was able to put the transmission in to 4LO and reversed.
My rear wheels are broken loose now.
I thought it was transmission related but apparently that was not the case.
Before that, I lifted up the rear end and put the car in N.
Tried to rotate rear wheels but none would turn, but there was a play about 1/10 inch.
If I step on the brakes, wheels would not turn at all.
Tomorrow I will call the dealer to see what they may have to say.
As side notes, I use parking brake quite regularly, hoping to reduce strain on driveline.
Recently I replaced rear diff fluid with Mobil Delvac gear oil. Hope it didn't cause axle seal damage.
I'll update as if I get more info.

Yes it does.
Never had this happen before.
Thought it was transmission parking pawl stuck.
Lifted the rear end but could not tell what was the cause.
Are we supposed to have slight rotational play on the rear wheel when the parking brake is stuck?
Truck is clean as almost as when it was new.
Never been in mud or off road.
Stumped me bad past two days.
May be I should drive it more often.
