I have an '07 V8 Sport, all stock with 95k. It has a slight vibration between 60 and 70. It gets real bad when I am pulling my 6 x 10 trailer, about 2300 lbs. loaded. I was looking around under the truck, but didn't see anything that looked bad. The trailer is 6 months old. Any suggestions as to what I should look at more closely? I have a 1k mile round trip coming up in 3 weeks, and need this resolved. Thanks.

how much tongue weight? maybe you are unloading the front end just enough to allow the front tires to bounce even more.
at minimum, it sounds like you need to get the 4runner tires properly balance.
I would take the advice above, and also have the trailer tires balance.
ive got a small flat deck trailer, and I can for sure feel the extra vibrations coming from it, and the lack of balanced tires.

yes. or any other way that actually balances the tires and gets rid of vibrations.
If there were tire vibrations you'd probably notice them when not towing, too. It sounds like that might be the case? Also make sure your tires are inflated properly and the wheels are torqued on properly.
You might look into a "revised differential damper assembly" from Lexus.

You should check any rubber mounts, such as engine, transmission, etc. Are there similar mounts for the transfer case and front differential?
You could check/ replace your shocks. If they are leaking a lot of oil they definitely need to be replaced. (a little is supposedly OK.) They could still be worn out and underdamping if they are not leaking, but it can be hard to tell for sure.
Try pulling the trailer with another vehicle to make sure it's not the trailer.
There's a remote chance it could be something like a CV joint sticking. It's unlikely.
Maybe have the alignment checked too.

I bought a dolly and hitched it to my truck. Shook like hell. I got under it and tightened the 'sway bar arms' (no bushings) that go from just before the yolk to under the trailer....fixed.
