08 Sport Edition buying suggestions.

I'm moving to Botswana, and have been looking for a vehicle to replace the wifes Pilot.. I have basically settled on the 4Runner Sport Edition. V6. 4X4.. I thought about the V8, however, I don't really see a big difference.

Options I will Add.
ARB BullBar + Winch(Any comments about ARB and the BullBar.)
Maybe a snorkel, still up in the air about that one.

My dealer doesn't have any 4Runners in stock with the 3rd row seat. Does anyone know if this can be added? Or is it something that has to come with the vehicle.
Does the Air Lift suspension do much for off road driving?
Does the 08 sport editions v6, come with the transmission cooler?
I would like to add a jerry can mount, however, I have not been able to find a company that makes one for the 4Runner. Anyone have any Ideas?
Any other items/options you could think of would be GREATLY APPRECIATED..Thanks.

If you are going to put an ARB bumper on and go with a nice offroading look, I would consider a lift and bigger tires. Then either pull off the running boards, or get some rock sliders. As for the 3rd row seating, you will need to go with an SR5 or Limited if this is a necessity.

Thanks Josh, I'm not really trying to go with any particular look, just need something to hold a winch and provide protection from hitting an animal. Does the ARB bull/bar need the vehicle to be higher?

Nope, you shouldn't have to. Just a suggestion for more ground clearance and a more aggressive stance.

The passenger seat will hold just about any wench you care to pick up. I'd recommend not placing a wench on the bumper as law enforcement in just about any country would prohibit that. They'll scream less in the front seat.
