08 urban runner seat tearing

The Dealer needed my vehicle for the better part of the day because they had to take the entire seat out to be able to swap the cover. On the Parts websites, the MSRP (Dealer Prices) were north of $500, but several online sites had them for ~$375. Add in a few hours of your mechanic's time, and I could see how it could add up.

I'm in the same boat. All of the other covers are in great shape, it's just the driver cover that is the problem. My plan is to order the part online, and take my Runner to a Non-Dealer shop to have it installed.

the price i was quoted was for the bottom and top cover, not including labor.

the part number you listed is for the cushion?

if the cover is only $400 i would get that. but $850 was too much for me to replace right now.

the labor part is pretty easy if youre handy. its just a few bolts to remove the seat from the car. few bolts to seperate top and bottom. then you can use some pliers to get the cover off, stretch the new one on. it will take 2-3 hours of your time but save you in labor cost
