1" Leveling Kit Questions

My brother is getting a new 4TR this week and wants a 1" leveling kit for the front. He doesn't want to go as high as my 4Runner.

I have found a Daystar part KT09117BK, 1" budget lift, but this is listed for 03-09only. I know many people have used the 2-1/2" kit designed for the 4th generation on the 5th generation 4Runners (KT09116BK vs KT09134BK) anyone know if this kit will work?

Also, is anyone using the Cornfed 1" kit part 4G4R-1FR or had any experience with Cornfed?
