so came across a 4xinnovations front plate bumper. i originally had did a hid conversion on my stock fogs in my factory bumper and did a morimoto projector retrofit as well with black painted internal as well as the parking side marker lights. i then got rid of them by working a deal with my buddy for his 4xinnovations bumper, thanks [MENTION=83885]Dirtyfingers[/MENTION] !! here are some pics below, and like i said, this is just a speed build thread showing building of my t4r. i just finished most of the lift this past weekend, before that, it was nearly stock. i was running daystar 1 1/2 spacers and tall rear coils with monroe struts.
stock fog lights with fully weatherproof conversion hid 6k

Hello all! been a while. So I'm starting the ARB locker install. I have pulled the axles and third member. Im installing a set of Precision Gear 4.88 ring and pinion. and ARB RD132 locker and ARB air compressor. While axles were out, i noticed the bearings being too loose and worn. While I'm at it i will be doing a new bearing and seal install. I have already ordered all parts from camelback toyota parts online. I will have pictures up very soon.

old parts:
installed the third member, just a hint for all of you that don't know... DO NOT TORQUE THE CARRIER NUTS TOWHAT THE FSM SAYS!! 18 TO 22 FTLBS WILL BE OK BUT NOT OVER 50 LIKE IT SAYS!!
INSTALLED NEW SEALS AND O-RINGS..
and all installed...
note: i did paint the drums with high temp paint and also i did inspect my brake shoes and they cleaned off with brake cleaner well but i am going to replace the shoes and drums new next. ran out of time getting it on the ground.

Mounting arb compressor and switches...
mounting the compressor in the rear side storage was pretty easy. little trimming and such but fit nicely in the corner section without taking all the space up.
bolted to the side of inner panel.
grounded to factory ground .
trimmed top to allow for line and solenoid.

compressor lines and switches...
i did route the line beside my extended rear brake line and zip tie to be sure at articulation i wouldn't pull and damage air locker line.
preparing the switches for mounting. had some help with those from my friend Evan. he's a patient fella!!! he's helped me with quite a bit of stuff with this.
and here they are!!!
and just in case your wondering, i could have mounted them on the left side area where there are cutouts ready, but wanted them to be by the shifter area and the other area on the front dash will have same switches but for LED light bar, Rear led lighting, and ground lighting..... soon!!!

been a while but I'm back!!! and doing more Mods!!
Hello everyone. So today i am currently doing a modification I've been wanting to do for a while. I am going to be modifying my headlights. I will be installing 7" LED off road light bars in the headlights!! So now i have found they will be way too bright, so therefore i have ordered and received a PWM 15amp dimmer switch with knob that is able to be mounted away from the main unit. I have tried the dimmer switch out with the lights and it works great!!! So now fellas the fun has begun!!! i have baked the lights at 300 degrees for 15 min and pulled them apart and started prepping. So stay tuned pics will be up very soon !!

cutting and prepping...

and mocked up before little more prep work and paint. i do also have to cut a plate to mount the lights in. i will be using sheet of plastic/ abs material and after cutting the hole for the light bar to mount in, i will attach it to the light housing. more pics later.
this is the PWM dimmer, dims from 10 percent to 100 percent.

fitting the lights....
fitted the lights. did them with angle considering the contour/angle of the headlights when mounted on the vehicle. also angled them down a bit. i will also still be able to adjust angle with them back in the headlight cradle/ holder. i will be using a silicone adhesive so if i happen to need to get a light back out to replace for some reason, ill be able to razor blade them out. as far as the light mounting plate mounting to the factory headlight housing, ill be using a 2 part epoxy glue for permanent attachment.
