Eli my mom lives in fl and I know a few non dealer shops you can go to get it done. I don't know how far south you are but hope this helps:

Titan motorsport
MVP performance
Big daddy performance center
Total performance service

I trust these places as I have done business with them before and although they don't specialize in the 2uz they all specialize in the 2jz if you wanted to deal with a Toyota friendly place.
