Hail yeahhh!!! makes me proud to see them towing that much and doing fine.. i would have put a trans cooler on it though but looks as if you did fine! what was the mpg looking like? was the total towing weight 6,040lbs? that's awesome!

I'm guessing 6,040 but I may be wrong. I think I'll setup an appt for a trams cooler and full flush.

Out of curiosity, is the rear end sagging that much because you don't have a low enough hitch ball attachment thing (sorry I don't tow much at all, no clue what it's called); or because of the heavy tongue weight; or both?

i would get those air lift suspension bags to keep it level during the tow since it seems you tow a lot of vehicles hehe.. i plan on doing that after i lift it.. b4 i plan on towing a HEAVY lol

Was it zero issues or that you got lucky?

That's quite the sag the front is nearly off the ground, you should have either backed the car on or set it a little further back on the trailer to lighten up the tongue weight.

Zero issues. Very stable. Trailer was angled up pre-load and leveled out with load on. No pivot issues and stopped on command.

To the previous mention of bags - on my to-do list, at that time I'll definitely go with a drop hitch.

Not mine. I got suckered into picking that up for wife's friend. This whole failed mission was doomed from the eff'n start since the operation was planned by the lack of third leg party with no input from the third legged party. Peep the stats:

I'm in KC.
Wife lives in Mid-Texas
Her friend lives in SA, Tx
Car was located in OKC
He has an F-150
I have a 4Runner
I have a trailer that I'll let anyone use

Now...three legged crew would say...neat! Other three legged crew member...you meet me in OKC and I'll hand off the trailer so that you can go all manly and spend some time with your 17y/o son dragging that fine hunk o metal half way across god's country.

Here's what the mid-body gashed crew came up with for a plan:
- Three legged crew mem #1 flies one way from SA to OKC (that's a flight of 500miles btw)
- Three legged crew mem#2 drive struck with empty trailer to OKC (350mi) departing at 2pm
- Three legged crew meet up in obscure location even though I don't know OKC
- Drive to mid-tex arrive 5:30am sat morning
- Getup 10am and drive to SA arriving at 2pm
- Return to mid-tx by 6pm
- Depart following morning to drive straight through back to KC. (715mi)

What kind of freaking sense does that make?

Sounds like the kind of stuff any officer would make me do. Drive 'round five corners, hurry up and wait kind of thing.
