I'm putting this up for sale to the enthusiast community, before it goes up on ebay, or gets traded in.
I'm a fairly new user here, but I am a long time member on bimmerforums, and audizine. I can send links to previous listings of cars I have sold through those sites. Everything must be an 8.5/10 or better. This is no exception.
With only 15k miles, this one is a 9.5/10, and I'm very conservative with my ratings. I don't want a potential buyer to feel duped when they show up to see one of my cars. I've been lied to in the past on an out of state purchase, and didn't appreciate the time and money it cost me.
I'm a life long car enthusiast, and meticulous about care and maintenance. Always hand washed, never been through an automatic car wash. Husky floor liners installed from day one.
I'm selling, because I want a performance car back in my life, plus I would prefer to be driving a white 4th gen sport or limited.
To accommodate those things, it only makes sense to sell this vehicle.

Factory running boards, and carpeted mats.
<15,100 miles (This will go up, as it is presently my daily driver).
First scheduled maintenance has been performed.
Upgrades:
All items were installed at ~6k miles.
255/80/r17 Cooper S/T Maxx (Set of 5).
Bilstein 5100's on all four corners.
1.5" Rear spacer lift.
1.5" Spidertrax wheel spacers.
Front, rear and cargo area husky mats.
Kensun HID retrofit (low beams are 4500k and fog lamps are 3000k).
Front windows tinted @35% (I believe it was ceramic tint).
ALL factory equipment is included with the sale.
Carpeted mats, OEM bulbs, suspension, and tires.
I am offering two different purchase options.
1. Purchased, as is, including all factory items $35,500.
2. Completely Stock $34,750.
