14 Year Old T4R Getting 20.73MPG

Here's the log from my 97 4runner. High was all highway at 69mph and low was mixed city and highway.

I got 21.75 on my commute to work two weeks ago. 62 miles round trip for 4 days. Rural roads with three small towns and a city of Hershey to drive through.

Today I got 18.75 on my 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo driving from central PA on RT 78 into central New Jersey. 220 miles round trip.

It's the V8 4.7l and gets 15 mpg driving around town.

What kind of mods? I'd love to up the ante on mine. Currently averaging closer to 17-18 even on the highway.

I've got an Injen intake, a custom catback dual exhaust with a Borla muffler, the URD lightweight crank pulley, and electric cooling fans. And of course the TRD S/C, 2.2 pulley, and URD 7th injector.
I picked up a little with the intake and exhaust but I think the electric fans made the biggest difference. Freed up a couple hp and gained another mpg or 2. I also have 4.10 gears. I noticed you have the 4.30s.

I get 12mpg. 90% offroad, 5% highway, 5% city. :bounce:
