16x10 wheels need advice

I have an extra pair of 16x10 wheels and I"m thinking about putting it on my Runner. Anyone have any advice if I should do it or not? Whats the biggest tire I can put on the rims without rubbing?

I currently a 3in lift by ultimate lift kit by toytec and I also have 265/75/16 tires on.

its going to depend on the offset/backspacing and whether or not you will have to run spacers to clear the brakes. i have 3" suspension lift and 2" body lift running 16x10 -22 on 295/75/16 with no rub.

Thanks for the advice..what do you think the easiest way to know weather or not if I need to run spacers to clear the brakes? Sorry im not that car intelligent.
