17x8.5 -12 offset level 8 Enforcers

I ordered Level 8 enforcer wheels. Going to stick with the almost new stock 265/65/17 General tires till they wear out.

I don't think I'll have any issue with the 8.5 width with -12 offset but wanted to get opinions. I've seen some say you shouldn't do -12 offset and some say it is the best offset to get closest to the edge of the wheel wheel and still stay inside on the bumper stop.
