19 or 20 inch rims pics on truck?

Im new here with a question. Im new to the SUV world and need some schooling on tires/rims. When I Put a 19 or 20 inch rims on my new 4runner. what size do I need to make it work? I dont want a big wheel gap so do you thing I need to lower it? Please feel free to give me suggestions.
Pics will also be greatly appreciated.

No offense... but why would you lower a 4Runner??? I can understand putting 20's on it for the summer b/c I was thinking about doing the same thing but lowering it.... I haven't seen a 4Runner lowered that looked good yet.
 
No, I am not thinking of lowering it at all. I would like to put bigger rims on it and not have a huge gap. I guess my question is...can I upsize the rims without lowering it and still look good?

I did a search and all I found was rims information. I did not get results on suspension set up.

I kinda like yours Lux...did you do anything different with the suspension? The wheel gap on yours is not too bad.

Actually those are pictures of br1ck's ride. I was reposting them because I thought they were too dark, but it turned out to be my monitor. Sorry for the confusion. And I don't think he lowered it. Off the top of my head I can't think of anyone that has lowered a 4th gen. Maybe someone that has been a member longer than me remembers one. For some reason I think I remember something about jomama wanting to lower his, but that is just a vaque memory. Good Luck.

Edit: I remembered right, jomama did want to, but didn't because he couldn't use the air suspension if lowered. HERE is the thread.

I really dont want to lower the truck. What set up do you guys recommend on a 19 inch rims. What size tires? any suggestions?

Another Qs- do you guys know who makes non-bling rims? No crome just powder coat or matte silver.
