1985 4runner Front and rear seat options

I'm looking to upgrade the front seats in my t4r. I was wondering if anyone had any experience dropping in any new Tacoma seats or other brands of seats out of new trucks?
I really don't want to have the front seats re-upholstered, i was hoping i could get some new front seats that would have electrical controls. The only real problem i can see is that the seats do need to slide quite abit.

i have been researching this myself im going to use 2005+ front seats with seat warmers the rear seats however are a issue due to the size or lack there of.
im going to have the rear reupholstered to match the front but thats about all the options i have come up with.
keep in mind i have a machine shop so making new seat brackets is easy for me.

the other option is to measure your seats then go to the local scrap yard and find a seat that you like that fits width wise.

2005 tacoma seats work then? What about getting people in the back? do they slide enough?

I'm trying to put some really nice front seats in then i was going to re-apolsture the back to match i guess

of course you just need to make the seat frame brackets position in the right place. any seat can work its just a matter of placement and what seat brackets you make im doing a dual slider to give extra room for the rear passengers.
you can order sliders for a racing seat then modify it to fit a dual bracket.

lots of rock crawling guys do seat swaps im building a expedition vehicle so i want the heated seats for cold drives
