1986 4 Runner not starting

I have a 1986 4 Runner that has been having problems starting. I replaced the starter thinking it would fix the problem, but it died on my girlfriend while she was driving home from work and hasn't been able to start back up since. I replaced the fuel pump and filter and still had nothing. So I went and ahead and replaced the plugs, plug wires, coil, distributor cap and rotor. After I replaced all of those I noticed I wasn't get a spark. At this point I'm not sure what else to check. If y'all could maybe give some pointers at what to look for or some advise that would be very apprecated.

OK, do you have +12V going into the igniter/coil assy? And you said you replaced the coil, did you replace the ligniter too?

I have not checked for that. I will check for that when I get home. I'll let you know what I come up with.

Also check your + cable...clean it up makes a difference

Ok I found the igniter assy on top of the old coil. How do I test this? Also cleaned the cable
