Hi guys,
My 1990 4Runner is stuck in 4wd.
It has the A.D.D system so I just push a button on the shifter to engage 4wd.
I have tried everything to sort it out but had no luck.
I have checked the vacuum lines for cracks, cleaned all the electrical connections and tested they all have 12v power.
I have also replaced the relay under the dash.
I pulled also tested the button on the shifter with a multimeter and it is working.
There is also vacuum at the vsv's under the bonnet and vacuum at the end of the lines at the front diff.
The only thing is when I press the button on the shifter the relay under the dash doesn't click so I have tried two of them and both are the same. There is power at the relay.
Any ideas?
