1990 Performance ?????

I have a 1990 4runner SR5 and I am looking for aftermarket bolt on performance parts, What is out there and where can I get it. ie: engine performance. I want to give this vehicle more power. I just put a new engine in it and now need some more power. Thanks in advance

Unfortunatly there's little you can do to the 3.0 but there's always a 3.4 swap from a 3rd gen.

Performance exhaust headers and larger diameter exhaust/cat are about all that are available. There are air intakes and ECU chips - but they don't seem to be very effective. Putting in the later 3.4L is not worth the cost - a 3.8-4.3L GM would be more cost effective - better performance and gas mileage.
