1991 4Runner A/C Problem

I have a 1991 4Runner 4x4

I noticed my fans work but it just doesn't blow cold air. At first I was thinking the A/C may need to be recharged but then I started looking and noticed this connection (I think its the A/C Heater Blower Motor resistor) near the radiator was not connected to anything.

I then started searching where this may connect to and I then found this and I removed it to get a better look at it.

So I was wondering if the those wires connects to this Part (Looks like if they were once Soldered to together)?

Any Help would be appreciated

It's not the blower resistor pack. Doesn't look anything like it and it's located in the ductwork in the cab.
Not sure what you have there.

I found this rectangular unit with broken soldered tabs and wires, mounted between the grill and the A/C condensor.

The black plug was plugged into a wiring harness. There is a black lead and also a white and red stripped lead.

It looks like if it was soldered one to each end on the rectangular part.

That's the a/c condenser fan resistor, you need to replace it, maybe you can get one at you local junk yard for cheap.

I'm not an A/C guy, but I would replace that part, and then start trouble shooting from there. You can get a new resistor at www.rockauto.com for a reasonable price.
