1994 with horrible click/scraping noise

Just completed a 300 mile trip over the weekend. I jump in the truck this morning and as I pull away, there is a rythmic, clacking and scraping noise that sounds like its coming from the front right side. I have turned of the engine and let it coast with the same result. Reverse is the same. I pulled the wheel to inspect the rotor with no avail. when its up on the jack the wheel spins fine with no noise. any input would be appreciated.

Wheel bearing? Do you have ADD, could be a CV Joint. Anyway we can get a video clip with sound of the noise?
