Does anybody know who makes a good OEM replacement chrome center section for 92-95 4Runners with the 31" spare? I'm looking for one that will allow the spare tire rod guide from the original bumper to be bolted on just like the OEM. I looked at a Certifit part, it was cosmetically correct but not very functional when it comes to lowering the spare tire. Is an OEM bumper from a junk yard the only answer? Thanks.
