1995 SR5 V6 Exhaust Questions?

How y'all doing? I recently bought a 1995 SR5 V6 4Runner and im looking to find an exhaust kit to put into it. I've heard a lot about the Flowmaster Cat-Back system but I new to know if it will add power or decrease power. If any of y'all have any suggestions about exhaust systems that fit this vehicle well feel free to comment about it. Thanks y'all.

If you want to increase engine performance, then headers are a must. If you dont, anything cat back will just be for sound. Helps with keeping the headgaskets alive too.

I tried various styles of exhaust before my set up now. First was a custom cat back with a flowmaster super 44. It was louder but no performance gains or mpg gains. But then I coupled it with a test pipe(CAT delete) and that is where I got some power gains.

If you want sound go with a muffler delete straight pipe or borla turbo muffler and no bigger piping either way (this muffer will be a little louder than stock). If you want more grunt you will spend a good chunk of change(headers, full exhaust, tune, ect). Our V6 motors aren't really power houses.
