1995 Toyota 4Runner cranks wont start cel rapidly flashing

Ok so my 95 4Runner has been running excellent. Then the other day I parked on a incline and next day nothing, it cranks over but wont start. Fuel pump, timing belt, etc checked out, but then I noticed that when in the on position I had no cel and it was getting dark so I headed in for the night. About 4 days later I hopped in it and it started right up, but after a few seconds acted like it ran out of gas then back to no start. But then I noticed that when the check engine and a/t temp light would come on it would start. But then I noticed that when it would act like it was running out of gas the cel and a/t temp lights would start flashing rapidly then go out and it would stall out. I pulled the ecm it looked and smelled fine all fuses and relays check out. But I cant figure this out, I've scratched my head till I hit to my skull cap trying to figure this out. Is it a ground? Is my ecm going bad? Is there a short somewhere? I tried pulling codes but nothing.
