I have two broken down 2000 sr5's I want to work on as project cars. Any suggestions on where I should start repairs? one leaks coolant into the passenger floor and one emits white plumes of smoke from the exhaust.

You'll get better responses starting your own thread, but the passenger leak is probably the heater core which is an easier and much cheaper fix than a head gasket, which is usually the cause of white smoke. But worth confirming with a leakdown test. You might make a build thread and ask questions as you go

The YotaShop head replacement kit has everything required to replace a set of head. From timing belt, to VC seals, to valve stem seals, to new head bolts to exhaust gaskets and donuts. I’ve used them three times now.
