I would look at Discounttiredirect.com. They have pretty good deals on all their wheels and tires. You can even use the app they have that shows the wheels on your truck (not all the wheels though).
They have free shipping and no taxes, and will send them mounted and balanced if you order both. Plus they tend to make you a package deal.

I too like the machined look. Level 8 wheels has 5 or 6 models that come in machined. There are a few guys running them, they're good cause they fit well and the Tundra brake upgrade fits with them.
These came out not long after I bought my wheels...would have gotten these if they were out at the time.

There are tons of tire threads floating around, it all depends on what you need/want. Size also can determine what you end up with. I've had my 33" Falken Rocky Mountains for a year now and love them...and they still look brand new.
