What about your dome light in the trunk? I had problems with mine and it was the pigtail of wires going to the hatch in the upper left corner. I had wires that were broken.
Could also be the MPXB Fuse under the hood. Mine kept popping because of the wires.
I tried searching but can't find the location of the mpxb fuse. Can someone help me out
Yea o figured that out lol.Sorry, I should have clarified in my other post. You don't have an MPX-B fuse.
It's a '99 - '02 thing. Toyota 4Runner Third Generation (N180) (1999 ? 2000) ? fuse box diagram | Auto Genius

The window doesn't work either. And no the window lock is not on.silly question, but did you make sure that your back window is rolled all the way up? your wiper, etc... will not work if the window is not fully up.
I'll see if I can get to that this weekend. I also noticed the lock assembly is pushed in and dropped down or just not there.Try popping off the piece of trim underneath the window. The window motor is in there and if yours is like mine, there is a bundle of wires in there that is torn to shreds. You can jump that motor with a spare battery to verify the motor works.
