1998 FourRunner Limited part out

Need 2 of the knobs for the bigger cross bars off of the roof rack, mine are missing on my big cross bars, can't tighten them down. Can you pm me a price shipped to Canada?

At the end of the steering column shaft theres a part that looks like a small u joint. It connects the steering column shaft to the shaft that runs to the steering rack. Toyota calls it the steering yolk sub assembly. Do you still have this part, and how many miles were on this runner?
