1999 4Runner TRD Exhaust Headers

I just bought a 1999 sr5 v6 4runner and it has an exhaust leak in the header. When looking at the exhaust, I noticed that "TRD" was stamped on the headers. It is a single cat system. However, I can't seem to find anything on the 99 4Runner having a TRD exhaust option. Any ideas on where this setup came from?

Also, the 4Runner does have a TRD supercharger. But, I really dont think that it an actual TRD model. This must have been put on by one of the previous owners? Thanks in advance for any help / suggestions.

Trd headers were offered but not as an option off the floor it was aftermarket

Yeah, It seems like the original owner put a lot of work into this one. I found it on craigslist rotting away in upstate new york. I think you are right about the gaskets as this TRD exhaust system looks pretty serious and I dont see any cracks in it at all. However, I cant seem to find the system anywhere online to order the replacement parts. I did however find the TRD supercharger serpentine belt luckily. Thanks for your input.

UPDATE: So the leak isn't at top manifold gasket but at the bottom where the pipes join. seems like a common style gasket but when I called Toyota for the part, the guy acted like I was a moron and said the 99's didn't have a TRD option at all. If hes right, where did this exhaust come from? It does seem to fit the vehicle nicely and doesn't seem rigged. Any ideas where I can get a replacement?

Just because it wasn't a dealer option doesn't mean TRD didn't make headers for the engine. When talking to someone, just tell them that it has a set of TRD headers on it. Don't refer to the rig itself as being a TRD model.
